How to make Tunisian almond coffee |
Ingredients:
Half a cup of almond jelly. A cup of powdered milk. Two cups of water. Three tablespoons of rice flour. Three tablespoons of sugar. Half a tablespoon of ground cardamom.
How to prepare:
Mix the milk and sugar in a small saucepan, put it on a low heat, then add the water, and stir the mixture until it boils. Gradually add rice flour with constant stirring. Peel the almonds, boil them, and halve them, then grind them finely. Add the almonds and cardamom to the mixture, and stir well until it becomes thick. Put the coffee in serving cups, then decorate it with grated almonds.
