Italian Pasta with Shrimps and Seafood |
Ingredients :
200 g of Large Italian Cannelloni-type Pasta
8 large raw shrimps
Clams
Mussels
Basil
Olive oil
2 tomatoes
Salt
Preparation:
Scrape the mussels to remove any impurities from the shell and wash them
Seed the tomatoes and cut them into pieces
Cooking:
Cook the pasta "al dente" in a saucepan of salted boiling water
When the pasta is cooked, cook the Shrimps, mussels, clams and tomato in a wok over high heat with olive oil
Mix and as soon as the shellfish open, reduce the heat to slow motion for 2 to 3 minutes
Drain the pasta and prepare the plates with a base of cannelloni, then the other ingredients on top
Sprinkle with chopped basil and serve
