​​Steamed Brownies recipe


Ingredients:

6 eggs

225 gr sugar

1 tsp sp/emulsifier

A pinch of salt

* Mixer until white traces

125 gr flour (triangle/key)

50 gr cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

100 gr DCC/chocolate bar

175 ml vegetable oil (I use 135gram tropical)

For 24 pieces

Material A

75g powdered sugar

160ml liquid milk

100gr butter

Spread Ingredients (mix all)

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tbsp boiled water

Stuffing Ingredients

Ripe Rajabulu banana (1 banana can be used)

so 4 parts)

Cheddar cheese cut into squares

Chocolate button or chocolate filling or ceres

Grated cheddar cheese for topping

1. Stir or knead ingredient A let stand 10 minutes

2. Stir or knead ingredient B until smooth, let stand 15

minutes for each ingredient A and B into 24 parts
