Foul with Laban and Tahina (Al Rashi) recipe |
Ingredients:
2 crushed garlic cloves
½ cup tahini (rashi)
1 squeezed lemon
A quarter cup of olive oil
Salt, to taste
Half a tablespoon of cumin
3 cups of yogurt
Half a cup of boiled bean water
2 cans of beans (must be hot)
For decoration:

Ingredients:
Put the beans on the fire until hot.
Meanwhile, mix all sauce ingredients together.
Yogurt, garlic, rashi, sour, bean water, olive oil, salt and cumin.
Mix them well until the texture becomes creamy.
Now we turn off the fire on the beans.
Drain the beans from the water and add them to the sauce and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a serving dish and decorate the dish.
