Banana Nuggets |
INGREDIENTS
36 nuggets
500 gr ripe banana, mashed
100 gr wheat flour
30 g milk powder
15 gr sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dyeing Material:
50 gr wheat flour
2 eggs, beaten
enough bread flour
Step
1 hour
Mix all ingredients together, mix well.
Pour into a 20x10 pan, which has been lined with baking paper or greased with oil.
Steam for 25 minutes, cool then cut into pieces according to taste.
Dip in flour, then egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Heat cooking oil then fry until golden brown.
Ready to be served with various toppings according to taste
Notes: 1. It can be any banana, as long as it's ripe and sweet like you. I used kepok bananas that were very ripe. 2. Stir the dough, do not overmix, so that the nuggets are not too dense/hard. 3. If not fried immediately, nuggets that have been coated with breadcrumbs, can be packaged in a closed container, stored in the freezer, can last up to 1-3 months.
