Ingredients


500 grams minced meat


1 - chopped onion


200 grams spinach


100 grams of parsley


9 - eggs


1 coffee spoon turmeric


250 grams ricotta


100 gr grated parmesan cheese


50 gr grated cheese


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 coffee spoon of salt


1 coffee spoon of black pepper


How to prepare


1 - Prepare the vegetables: cook the spinach on a water steamer and set it aside


2- Clean and wash the parsley, chop it and set it aside


3- Prepare the minced meat: Pour the oil into a prepared cooking pot, add the chopped onions and minced meat, then put them over the fire.


4- Pour a little water into the bowl, then stir the ingredients and let them simmer for 5 minutes


5- We remove the pot from the fire and divide the amount of minced meat into 3 equal blocks


6- Prepare the first layer of the tagine: In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and add the first mass of minced meat, two coffee spoons of Parmesan cheese, a coffee spoon of fun cheese, half a coffee spoon of turmeric, a little salt and black pepper, then mix the ingredients well


7- Add the spinach to the mixture while continuing to mix the ingredients until they are homogeneous


8- Pour the mixture into a pre-greased oven dish, then distribute it evenly over the entire dish


9 - We leave the dish in the oven for 10 minutes and at a temperature of 180


10 - Prepare the second layer of the tagine: We beat 3 eggs in another bowl and add the second mass of minced meat, two tablespoons of ricotta, a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, a little salt and black pepper, then mix the ingredients well


11 - We take out the dish from the oven and pour the mixture over the first layer of the bey tagine, then return the dish again to the oven for 10 minutes and at the same temperature, i.e. 180 degrees


12 - Prepare the third layer of the bey tagine: In a third bowl, beat the rest of the eggs (3 eggs), then add the remaining minced meat, chopped parsley, the remaining amount of cheese, a little turmeric, salt and black pepper, then mix the ingredients


13 - Take the dish out of the oven and pour the mixture over it, then return it for the same period of time, i.e. 10 minutes without changing the temperature


14 - We take out the dish from the oven and leave it to cool, then we divide the bey tagine and serve it
