Sweet Spanish Farina cake recipe |
Ingredients:
- 500 g Farina
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g melted butter
- 200 g roasted and mashed cocoa
- 150 g of roasted and dished galangal
- oil
- Orange blossom water
How to prepare:
- Mix sugar and butter by hand
- We gradually increase the orange blossom water, cocoa and jalgalan, then farina, until we get a cohesive dough.
- If the farina drank all the butter and therefore the dough became somewhat solid, we continue with the oil.
Put the dough within the mincer and chop it twice, then shape it into fingers or circles as desired.
- Put it in an oven dish on cooking paper and leave it for 20 minutes until it turns red and golden in color.
