Minced meat with Egg Spanish dishes |
Ingredients
600 gr Minced Meat
6 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp Caraway
1 tbsp Coriander
1/2 bunch Parsley
Turmeric
Red chilli powder
Dried Harissa
Hard boiled eggs
4 Hard Eggs
Flour flour
Rapeseed OilRape Oil
Frying oil Frying oil
Preparation: 30 min. - Cooking 15 min.
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the parsley and season it with dried mint, cilantro, dried hrissa, pepper and a pinch of salt.
.Add a little water to obtain a malleable paste.
.Bake the eggs.
Spread the dough obtained on a surface sprinkled with flour, put a hard-boiled egg in the center and form a ball. (repeat with the remaining eggs).
.Wrap the balls in flour and fry them.
Cut the balls in half and serve hot.
