INGREDIENTS

500 g flour

2  Eggs

20 cl of milk

100 g butter

1 sachet of brewer's yeast 

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 l of frying oil

1 pinch of salt


PREPARATION

STEP 1

To prepare your donut dough, first break your eggs into a bowl, beat them as if you were preparing an omelet then, as you go, start adding the yeast and granulated sugar , salt, milk, butter in pieces (softened in your hands or within the microwave) and flour.


2ND STEP

All you've got to try to to is knead the dough until it's homogeneous, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rest at temperature for about 1 hour half-hour . When forming your donuts, flour your surface then roll out the dough. Get a kitchen utensil (or a glass if you do not have one) and cut out circles. Then let the donuts thus formed represent 30 min.


STEP 3

To cook the donuts, pour your oil either during a deep fryer or during a pot, then let it heat well. When it involves a boil, dip a series of donuts in it and allow them to soak and fry until well puffed and golden on all sides. Then collect them employing a skimmer and drain them on absorbent paper.


STEP 4

Finish cooking the opposite donuts, as you go, in an oil that's still extremely popular . As soon as all of your donuts are cooked, drained and slightly cooled, serve them sprinkled with powdered sugar .
