 Chicken Kebab (Born Pastry)

Materials

3 phyllo dough

1 plate of chicken breast

1 onion

2 peppers

1-2 tablespoons of oil

Salt

Red powdered pepper

Curry (You can add any spice you want)


For Frying:

Liquid oil


For the above:

Garlic Yogurt


To wet the phyllo:

1 teaspoon of chicken broth

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

For Fat Sauce

1 tablespoon of butter

1 teaspoon red chili powder


Preparation of

Boil the chicken and shred it. Reserve 1 teaspoon of the water.

Add the oil to the pan and chop the onion and pepper in the form of cold cuts and fry them. Add the shredded chicken meat on it.

Add the spices that are close to taking from the stove and mix it for a while, then turn off the stove.

Lay your phyllo on a flat surface and cut it into a spring roll. Triangles should be large, not small, please cut accordingly.

Put the chicken stuffing in the yufka and wrap it in the form of a spring roll.

Fry your pastries in hot oil on both sides.

Cut the fried phyllo at regular intervals and put them on the plates you will serve.

Let's prepare the tomato paste sauce, take the chicken broth in the pan and add the tomato paste on it. After boiling a little, pour it over the pastries and wet them.

Then, drizzle the garlic yogurt on the pastries.

Let's prepare the oil sauce, melt the oil in the pan and when it turns slightly pink, you can add ground pepper and pour it on the yogurt and serve. Bon Appetit.
