Pancakes with Mucver Taste Turkish style cooking |
We are here with delicious pancakes colored with vegetables, hidden in the flavor of the mortar! You can also raise the level by preparing your pancakes this way.
INGREDIENTS :
Pancakes with Mucver Taste
2 eggs
1 cup of yogurt
1 glass of water Milk
2 cups flour
1 packet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 capsicum pepper
1 small carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of parsley
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
After mixing (see the consistency, I added half a glass of water, it may vary due to yogurt and egg)
To drive the pan;
Very little oil
Preparation of
Capia pepper, carrot, garlic are grated and the parsley is finely chopped.
Take eggs, yogurt and milk in a deep bowl.
Then baking powder and flour are added and mixed.
Cream cheese, carrot, parsley, capia pepper and spices are added and mixed.
The consistency is checked, if it is too thick, a little water is added to obtain a flowy dough.
Heat the pancake pan and add a tablespoon of oil.
It is poured into the pan up to a ladle.
The amount may vary depending on the size of the pan.
It may increase or decrease, but do not pour it too thickly. It spreads after pouring.
Cook the other side of the pancakes that are cooked on one side (lift the sides to make sure they are cooked.)
The pancakes that are cooked on both sides are taken to the serving plate.
Oil your pan for each pancake, the color becomes brighter and more beautiful.
