How to make Chocolate Mousse |
Ingredients
200 gm dark chocolate
A teaspoon of vanilla
four eggs
¼ cup of sugar
Whipped cream.
How to prepare
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and leave it for the time needed, beat the eggs with sugar well and add the ready-made whipping cream, vanilla, sugar, and stir all the ingredients well.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and then add it with the rest of the ingredients.
The resulting mixture is poured into glass cups that can withstand cold, decorate the face of the cup with nuts and biscuit sticks, then put the cups in the refrigerator for at least two hours and serve cold.
