Chicken breasts with sweet balsamic vinegar sauce |
INGREDIENTS:
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Balsamic vinegar
45 ml (3 tbsp.) Honey
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Chopped thyme
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Chopped rosemary
15 ml (1 tbsp.) dry mustard
4 Chicken breasts
2 zucchini dig half rings
12 red baby potatoes, halved
2 onions dig quarters
1/2 broccoli, dig florets
15 ml (1 tbsp.) oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
1-Preheat the oven to 205 ° C (400 ° F).
2_In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey, the herbs and thus the dry mustard .
3-Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper. Brush the breasts with the balsamic vinegar sauce.
