Steamed Brownies

Ingredients:

4 eggs

150 gr sugar

2 tsp cake emulsifier (SP)

80 gr medium protein flour

35 gr cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

75 gr dark cooking chocolate

120 g butter

50 ml sweetened condensed milk chocolate

Pan 24x10x7yang

How to make:

1. Heat the steamer over medium heat. Grease the pan with margarine and line it with baking paper to make it easier to remove it from the pan.

2. Combine butter and dark cooking chocolate, then melt by steaming, do not boil. Then cool to room temperature.

3. Beat eggs, sugar and sp until fluffy and thick with traces.

4. Enter the mixture of flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla, which has been sifted previously. Beat briefly on low speed, just mix well, don't overmix.

5. Pour the mixture of butter and dark cooking chocolate, then stir again until smooth and there is no liquid sediment underneath.

6. Take 2 tablespoons full of dough, mix with sweetened condensed milk chocolate, set aside for the middle layer.

7. Divide the main dough into 2 equal parts. Pour 1 part of the dough into the pan, flatten and steam for 10 minutes.

8. Then pour the dough that has been mixed with sweetened condensed milk chocolate. Steam again for 10 minutes.

9. Then pour the rest of the main dough, flatten. Steam again for 30 minutes.

10. Remove the pan from the steamer. Wait until cool, then remove the brownies from the pan.

11. Cut and serve.

Note:

1. Use medium heat, not high heat so that the brownies don't break/bloom/wavy.

2. When the brownies are cooked, don't take them out of the pan immediately, wait until the brownies are cold so they don't break
