Rainbow cassava satay recipe 




Material:


1 kg of cassava


150 gr grated coconut (slightly young), or half


coconut grains


100 gr sugar (6 tbsp)


1 sachet of plain agar powder (7 grams)


2 tsp salt


Rose red, dark yellow and light green coloring


Sprinkling Ingredients:


Grated coconut as needed


V2 tsp salt


Mix well, then steam for 15 minutes


How to make:


1. Peel and grate the cassava. Then squeezed


a little, but don't be so tight that the results


not too hard.


2. Combine all ingredients, mix well.


3. Divide into 3 equal parts, then give


each dye as much as t5 drops.


4. Shape the dough into rounds, each 20 grams.


5. Heat the steamer. steamed cassava balls,


Don't be too close, keep some distance so you don't get along


stick. Steam for 20 minutes until cooked.


6. Once cooked, immediately roll over the coconut


grated for sprinkling.


7. Pierce with a skewer. Serve.


8. Recipe for 17 rainbow cassava skewers.
