Spaghetti Lined Recipe |
Ingredients:
200 grams chicken
3 space
Half a bunch of chopped parsley
1 onion
2 eggs
50 gr grated cheese
oil
pinch of black pepper
pinch of salt
How to prepare:
1 - Prepare the chicken: Put the chicken in a prepared bowl for cooking and add a little salt, turmeric, black pepper and oil.
2- Add half a chopped onion and a little water, then put the pot over a medium heat until the chicken boils and the sauce curdles.
3- We raise the pot from the fire and leave the chicken to cool, then we break it up and leave it aside.
4- Preparing the pasta: Cut the pasta (one bean on 4) and put it in a bowl prepared for cooking.
5- Add a little salt, black pepper and a tablespoon of oil.
6 - We pour an important amount of water, then leave the pot over the fire, the boiling point, and until the pasta boils.
7- We raise the pot from the fire, then drain the pasta.
8- Put the pasta in a bowl and mix it with a brush until it becomes a dough.
9 - Add the shredded chicken, the sauce, grated cheese, chopped parsley, a little black pepper and eggs, then mix the ingredients until they are homogeneous.
10 - Form the mixture into small balls like kofta, then arrange them in a lightly oiled oven dish.
11 - We leave the dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Chef's tip:
Chicken can be replaced with scallops or chicken liver.
