SOES CAKE
Pastry cream ingredients
Ingredients A:
250 gr liquid milk
3 egg yolks
15 gr custard flour (can replace with cornstarch if not available)
30 g cornstarch
1 tsp liquid vanilla
Salt to taste
Ingredients B:
250 gr liquid milk
110 gr sugar
Material C:
45 gr butter
How:
1. Mix ingredients A well, set aside
2. Cook ingredients B until it boils
3. Pour ingredients B into A little by little while stirring. Do it until it's done
4. Cook the dough that has been mixed before until it explodes
5. Turn off the stove and add butter. Mix well
6. Pour into the container. Then cover the top of the cream with plastic wrap so that the top doesn't dry out.
After the room temperature, store it in the fridge
Leather Ingredients:
125 gr water
65 gr butter
Salt to taste
The ingredients above are cooked until boiling.
Then add 60 grams of plain flour. Stir gently until smooth.
Wait until the new room temperature add 2 whole eggs.
Stir until smooth then put in a plastic triangle
The syringe is the size you like.
Bake at 200° for 20 - 25 min.
During the baking process, do not open the oven.
The solution:
Cut the middle and fill with pastry cream
