Chocolate Cake No Bake
Ingredients :
Ingredients A
120gr biscuit (me: crackers)
50 ml melted margarine
Ingredients B:
200gr dark chocolate coarsely sliced
500ml milk
100gr sugar (me: 75gr palm sugar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cornstarch
5gr agar powder
A pinch of salt
10gr coffee powder (can skip)
Meses enough for topping
Baking tin size 15cm
How to make :
1. Crush the biscuits, mix them with margarine, you can use a chopper, arrange on the bottom of the pan, press down so that it is solid
2. Combine all ingredients B, stir until evenly distributed then cook on low heat while continuing to stir until thickened and thick, turn off the stove and continue to stir until there is no hot steam
3. Pour over the biscuits, let them cool, after they have cooled, store them in the fridge for at least 4 hours to make them firm
4. After cold, you can add toppings according to your taste
