OGURA CAKE ORANGE
OGURA CAKE ORANGE

 

Ingredients:


-5 egg yolks


-1 whole egg


-60 grams of vegetable oil


- 45 ml of liquid milk


75 grams of key flour


- 20 ml of real sweet orange juice


- 1 tsp grated lemon zest


- 5 egg whites


- 1/4 tsp salt


80 grams of soft granulated sugar


- 1/2 tsp vinegar


How to make:


1. Beat with a yellow balloon whisk


eggs until well blended, add oil


vegetables, mix well, pour liquid milk, orange juice & grated


lemon zest mix well with a whisk, add the flour


which has been sifted, stir until it becomes a smooth dough &


thick, set aside.


3. Using a mixer, beat egg whites, vinegar &


salt until frothy, add sugar in 3


stage, beat until white & thick.


4. Pour the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture


eggs in 3 stages, mix well using


spatula.


5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin


polished with margarine & lined with parchment paper, take a baking sheet


another bigger one, pour hot water as high as 1.5 cm


Just put a baking sheet filled with dough on it and then

oven at 160 - 170 °C for 45 minutes or


until cooked depending on each oven.


6. Remove the cake from the oven, turn it over to the cooling rack


peel off the parchment paper that sticks to it, let it rest


cake until completely cold, freshly cut &


serve..
