How to prepare:
To make the dough: In a stand mixer, beat the flour with the butter, salt and pepper, and beat until a sand-like consistency.

To make the filling:
In a very hot cooking pot, add oil with meat, and fry well.
Add salt, pepper, spices and onions, stir well and fry, then add dried tomatoes, regular tomatoes and stir.
Then add the olives and thyme, and simmer until the flavors overlap.
The dough is spread with butter, then lined up well in the tart mold (large or small), then pierced with a fork, then the filling is placed in the baked tart mold, decorated with tomatoes and basil, closed with the remaining dough and entered the oven at 180 until light golden color.
The tart mold should be greased with a little oil or fat, and sprinkled with flour, to make it easier to remove the tart later, and serve.
Notes:
Two egg yolks can be substituted for a whole egg, but the yolk softens the texture of the dough.
The fine sugar in the dough adds a sweet taste, and a sweet color to the dough.
To make the recipe healthy: white flour can be mixed with brown.
Do not add cinnamon to the filling, because it will not suit olives and sun-dried tomatoes, thyme is better
