LEMON CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS :

How to prepare:

Add the egg yolks one at a time, whisking constantly. Add this, lemon zest and juice, and stir a little. Now, sift the flour. And the starch and yeast together and add it to the previous mixture and mix well, then beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until it becomes thick. Mix the two mixtures together carefully so that their texture does not drop. Take a circular plate with a diameter of 22 to 24 cm. Grease it with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Pour The mixture in it and cook it in the oven for 60 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Take out the cake and let it cool and then serve
