Ingredients :

A kilo of lamb or veal as desired, and you can mix between (lamb and veal) or (cow and sheep) (half by half) according to your desire.

(A little lamb tenderness, if available, gives a terrible taste).

4 tablespoons of yogurt

Onion juice (with blender or grated)

juice of one lemon

Half a cup of olive oil

Half a teaspoon dried coriander

Half a teaspoon of ginger

½ teaspoon darcin (cinnamon)

teaspoon ground cardamom

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Quarter teaspoon nutmeg small

salt and pepper as needed


For thieves we need:

tablespoon olive oil

5 tablespoons of yoghurt

8 tablespoons rashi (tahini)

juice of one lemon

2 cloves garlic mashed

Salt, to taste


Preparation:

We season the meat with all the ingredients and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Prepare the sauce by whisking all the ingredients together by hand.

To prepare shawarma

Put a frying pan on the fire. Heat the frying pan well so that from where we put the meat we can hear the sound of the beer 😋.

We roast the shawarma until the level.

We remove it from the heat and in the same pan heat the bread pieces Until it tastes like shawarma.

We make sandwiches as desired. (Some sauce, pickle, lettuce, tomato and ham 🌯)
