Chicken with Potato Tray in the Oven |
Ingredients :
Chicken or chicken thighs
5-6 potato rings
3 onion rings
4 crushed garlic
2 green peppers and possible hot peppers for spicy food lovers
For dressing:
Salt, to taste
Small spoonful of seven spices
1 small spoon dry coriander
Text of a small spoon of Darsenne (cinnamon)
Quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper
Quarter teaspoon curry
Quarter of a teaspoon of paprika
Quarter of a teaspoon of cumin
Thieves:
2 cups tomato juice
big spoon tomato paste
1 green pepper
sugar tea spoon
optional (tablespoon chili)
Preparation:
Mix all the spices and salt together and set them aside.
In a blender, put all the ingredients for the sauce, add a tablespoon of the spice mixture to them, mix well, and then set them aside.
In a frying pan, put a little oil and fry the chicken a little.
We remove the chicken from the frying pan and in the same pan put the onions, potatoes and peppers, and put on them an amount of the assortment of spices.
After it is well browned, put it in a tray or pyrex and add the chicken and add the rest of the spices to the chicken.
Now we add the sauce (try the sauce layer over the chicken to be light so as not to burn the face) and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees without covering the face.
Depending on the amount of chicken and potatoes, you need about an hour to an hour and a quarter in the oven.
