LAPIS LEGIT ROLL |
INGREDIENTS .A =
10 egg yolks
100 grams of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
INGREDIENTS. B =
85 Grams of Anchor
60 gram blueband (I use Cake & cookies)
2 tbsp white sweetened condensed milk
INGREDIENTS. C =
30 grams of blue key flour
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp full cream milk powder
How
Mix ingredients B until light and white about 10
min. Set aside.
Mixer material A with high speed about 15
min until dough rises and thickens.
Add flour and powdered milk alternately
with dough B to dough A. Can you use
the help of a spatula. Or with a mixer tp with
lowest speed.
Prepare a baking pan measuring 24x24 or 26x26cm that has been
lined with parchment paper and greased with a little butter and
thin flour sprinkles.
Pour the batter...
With the recipe above, you can make 2 pans.
Flatten the dough.
Bake.. Always preheat the oven before use.
For my electric oven it's only about 15 min
heat it up.
For gas ovens about 10 min.
For an electric oven, use the upper and lower flame of the range
180degrees.
For a gas oven, heat the heat below 150 degrees.
About 5min...turn off..enter
pan ... turn on the fire over .. the temperature is 120 degrees.
Cooked..remove from pan. Spread evenly with
pineapple jam.... ( bother to make? Can you recommend it
@dapoerjgc) roll it while slightly compacted.
Leave the cake in the roll for a while. I
stay usually because you always make time
night. The next morning, just open it from the roll
ready to cut.
