ESCALOPE WITH MUSTARD AND CREAM SAUCE |
INGREDIENTS:
2 Turkey cutlets (200g each)
2 tbsp Flavored Mustard
2 tablespoons of cream
1 knob of butter
pepper
Salt
PREPARATION:
STEP 1 :
Cut the escalopes into thin strips.
2ND STEP :
Brown them in butter in a pan.
STEP 3:
Add the crème fraîche.
STEP 4:
Let it melt while stirring.
STEP 5:
Incorporate the Flavored Mustard.
STEP 6:
Season with salt and pepper to your liking and serve.
