Ingredients:
Ingredients for dough:
2 and a half cups of flour
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of powdered milk
1 tablespoon instant yeast
salt
Preparation:
In a large bowl, put a cup of flour, a cup of warm water, powdered milk, yeast, sugar and salt, then mix them well and leave them for 10 minutes.
Add a cup and a half of flour and oil, then knead it well (the longer we knead, the softer and lighter it becomes).
Rub the dough with a little oil and let it rest for 5 minutes. ✅ Pizza Sauce:
3 tablespoons tomato paste
olive oil
teaspoon chopped coriander
Quarter teaspoon coriander powder
teaspoon oregano
teaspoon thyme
salt + black pepper
2 cloves garlic mashed
Mix everything well and leave it aside.
Preparation:
In a frying pan over a medium heat, put the oil and sliced chicken breast with salt and black pepper and stir until it starts to take on a golden color, then add a crushed garlic clove, cumin and a pinch of fajita spices, then add chopped onions and colored pepper slices, stir for two minutes and remove from the fire.

On a surface sprinkled with a little fine semolina, we spread the dough well so that it is thin, then put it in an oven tray lined with butter paper and with a fork we make holes on all the dough, then add the sauce and distribute the chicken and vegetables over it, then cheese and olives.
We sprinkle the pizza with drops of olive oil and a sprinkle of thyme, then we put the tray into the oven on a medium heat until the pizza is cooked and the cheese melts and served.
