How to make Chocolate Swissroll |
INGREDIENTS
Flour: a cup
Milk: half a cup
Powdered sugar: half a cup
Cocoa: 2 tablespoons (raw)
Baking powder: a teaspoon
Vanilla: 2 teaspoons
Eggs: 4 grains
Chocolate: ½ cup (liquid / for filling)
How to prepare
Mix all the ingredients together well with an electric beater. Bring a rectangular tray, brush it with parchment paper, and pour the mixture over it. Heat the oven at 180 degrees and put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and cut the cake in half. Add the chocolate on it and spread it, then roll it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Chocolate sauce and garnish with strawberries.
