BREAD INGREDIENTS I:
350 gr Chakra Flour
150 gr triangular flour
50 gr sugar
10 gr powdered milk
3 egg yolks
1 egg white
150 ml of warm water
10 gr instant yeast'
BREAD INGREDIENTS 2:
5 g salt
100 gr butter
Filling: Stir-fried Beef Baso
Coating:
Egg white, beat off
Panir flour as needed
Way:
1. Activate yeast: In a large glass put
yeast and warm (not hot) water, add 1
tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour, stir.
Let stand until the yeast expands to meet

2. In a bowl, add remaining 1 . bread ingredients
3. Add the yeast that has expanded
while stirring the dough (don't pour the yeast water
at the same time, while I think if it's enough
stop it, so it's not too mushy)
4. Mixer / knead until smooth
5. Enter all ingredients no. 2, knead again until
elastic. Must be really smooth elastic /
windowpane
6. Round it, let it rest for 1 hour until
doubled in size
7. Deflate the dough, for each 30 gr.
Let stand 15 minutes
8. Roll out the dough, form into rounds, arrange on the baking sheet.
Leave it for 1 hour
10. Dip in egg white, roll in flour
panir
11. Fry in hot oil on low heat
until it's cooked, just turn it once so it doesn't
absorb oil
Beef Meatball Filling (for 1/2 recipe)
10 beef meatballs, chopped
2 red onions, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
Spring onions, slices
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce/salt
Pepper powder
Sugar
Way:
Saute onion & white until fragrant,
add meatballs and onions.
