Baby Blue Rollcake


Ingredients A

3 tbsp hot water

20 g Sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla paste

1/2 tsp blue coloring

Ingredients B:

3 pcs Egg Yolk

1 pc Whole Egg

50 g Medium Protein Flour

50 cc Vegetable Oil

10 g Sugar

Ingredients C

4 pcs Egg White

40 g Caster Sugar

1 tsp Lime, squeeze

How to make

Brew ingredient A, stir until sugar is dissolved, set aside.

Beat all ingredients B until pale, add

ingredient A, beat on low speed until smooth,

set aside.

Beat ingredient C until stiff. Enter step by step

to the cake batter. Pour into the prepared pan

on parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for

15 min. Adjust each oven.

Remove the cake from the tin, turn it over, remove it

the paper. Wait cold.

Give butter cream, roll while pressing.
