INGREDIENTS I:


- 6 egg yolks


50 gr sugar


70 ml sunflower oil


- 2 tablespoons pandan sediment + water make 100 ml


-100 gr low protein flour


40 gr @fibercremne


-15 grmaizena


- 1/4 tsp salt


Ingredients II


-6 egg whites


-1 tsp lime juice


50 gr sugar


How to make


1. Mix into one ingredient I, stir with a whisk


until smooth. Set aside.


2. Mix egg whites and lime juice, beat


until half fluffy, add sugar

4. Oven with au bain marie method, for less
