DELICIOUS FRIED BREAD RECIPE |
Ingredients 1:
225 gr chakra flour
25 gr triangular flour terigu
20 gr sago tani
40 gr sugar
25 grams of powdered milk
25 gr butter
20 gr margarine
1 tsp fermipan
1 whole egg
110 ml cold liquid milk
A pinch of salt
Bread crumbs
Egg white
How to make
1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer except
salt goes last after all the ingredients
blended. Knead until elastic.
2. Round the dough into one. Leave it for a while
30-45 min.
3. Weigh@35 gr. Round shape 2. Silence Ig 10
min, formed and filled (can be seen in the highlight)
Let it expand. Coat with egg white.
Add in the breadcrumbs. Do it to the end.
Fry until cooked
Stuffing Ingredients
6 button mushrooms, cut into small pieces
1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 cans of sardines
Pepper, salt and mushroom broth
1 tbsp margarine

Saute garlic in margarine until fragrant.
