Chocolate pudding recipe

 Ingredients

- 3 slices of white bread (skinned or skinless)

- Dark cooking chocolate (dcc) 80gr coarsely chopped

- Sugar 80gr (about 5 tbsp)

- Agar2 plain 1 pack

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- 600 ml chocolate milk

- A pinch of salt (1/4 tsp)

1 egg yolk

How to make

- laughter bread blender, dcc, sugar, agar2, cocoa powder,

milk chocolate until smooth

- cook the results of the blender earlier, while stirring

add salt

- add egg yolks, beat in a bowl first

egg yolks with a little new pudding mix

Pour into the pudding mixture, stir

keep stirring until it boils

- pour the pudding mixture into the mold, if it's done

not hot, put it in the fridge to set

- Pudding is ready to be enjoyed

Note

-if your blenders load a lot directly

Just add all the milk, yes, I have a blender

it's cute so half of the milk goes in, the rest is left

put it in the pan

-if the pudding is difficult to remove from the pan

try soaking briefly in hot / warm water.
