Sarma Recipe(cabbage vine leaves) |
INGREDIENTS :
2 cups of rice
2 onions
3 tablespoons of oil
1 spoon of mint
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons of sauce
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Thieves:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon
black pepper

Hot water
Preparation:
* In a pot on the fire, put the oil, then fry the onions, then add the tomato sauce, then rice, black pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, mint, and finally the parsley
* We put a few grape leaves at the bottom of the pot, then we wrap the grape leaves and put them in the pot
* To prepare the sauce in a pan on the fire, put the olive oil, then the sauce, paprika and black pepper, add hot water and lemon
* We pour the sauce over the vine leaf cabbage and leave it to boil for 2-3 minutes
* We turn off the fire and leave it until it cooks well
* We serve it in a serving dish. Yogurt sauce with garlic and pomegranate granules can be placed on top of the vine leaf cabbage and served with Hana and Al Shafa.
