HOW TO MAKE RED CHEESE |
Ingredients:
Two cups of powdered milk.
A cup of oil and water.
Two egg yolks.
Two triangle cheese.
Half a teaspoon of salt.
A few drops of sour juice.
How to prepare:
Mix all ingredients except milk and sour juice in an electric mixer, then add them gradually until the mixture becomes thick. Pour the mixture into special molds, covered from the inside with food plastic, then put them in a bowl and in a water bath. Leave the cheese in the water bath on a very low heat, then remove it from the heat and put it in the refrigerator.
