SCALLOP CRAB RECIPE |
Ingredients
800 g scallops - 100 g of fun cheese - four tablespoons of garlic cheese - a cup of béchamel sauce - a teaspoon of butter - mushrooms - 250 g farina - three eggs - 550 ml milk - 20 g sugar - a spoon of butter.
How to prepare
Mix the farina with milk, salt, sugar, eggs and butter well.
Cook the crepe well on one side and set aside.
Melt the butter, then add the chicken strips, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, add the cheese with garlic, mushrooms and bechamel sauce.
Put a tablespoon of the mixture in each crab, sprinkle with melted cheese, then roll.
The filling is placed on the cooked side of the crepe inside.
Wrap the crepe and cook a little after in the pan from all sides.
