Ingredients:
500 grams macaroni
200 gm chicken breast, diced (optional)
Small size tomatoes, about 20 pieces or (2 tomatoes cut into cubes)
Shredded mozzarella (the quantity as desired)
Dried basil about 1 tablespoon (basilicum)
3 crushed garlic cloves
olive oil
salt and pepper as needed

Method:
Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt. (The duration of boiling is indicated on the bag of pasta. Each bag is indicated for how many minutes. The duration of boiling gives you better results.

In a frying pan, put olive oil. And flip the chicken pieces in the oil to be brown. Then add salt and black pepper after that garlic and dried basil. Stir a little and then add the tomatoes.

When the pasta is done, halve it and return it to the pot and add the mixture over the pasta and stir.
Now we add about a tablespoon of olive oil, which gives a beautiful taste and luster.
Finally, add the mozzarella, turn off the heat, and stir the mixture until the mozzarella melts a little.
