Finally got the chance to make it, I've always wanted to try making this cake, they say it's typical of Sambas, people here say Soap cake.


Ingredients:

bottom layer

- 12 eggs

- 90 grams of sugar

- 15 grm butter (I'm anchor)

- 170 gr sweetened condensed milk.

- 30 grams of flour

- Vanilla


Preparation:


1. Mix the eggs and sugar using a whisk until the sugar is dissolved, it doesn't need to be fluffy.


2. Enter the SKM and butter, mix well.


3. Add vanilla and flour.

Strain the dough.


4. Pour into a 12x10x8cm tin

Steam until cooked about 20 minutes.


Legit layer dough

- 5 egg yolks

- 35 grams of powdered sugar

- 15 grams of flour

- 5 grams of cornstarch

- 5 grams of powdered milk

- 80 gr butter


Preparation:


1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick and fluffy, add the sifted flour, milk and cornstarch, mix with a spatula.


2. Beat butter until fluffy pale, mix into egg yolk mixture, stir with a spatula. The dough is ready to be coated with dough 1.


3. Bake the dough in layers using only high heat until the dough runs out. (preheat the oven first)
