INGREDIENTS

Recipe for Making Fruit Pudding

Fruit Layer Material:

1 1/3 cups water

2/3 cup syrup from canned lychee

1/4 cup sugar

13/4 tsp agar-agar flour (I added 1/3

bks nutrijel plain)

2 cups small fruit according to taste/prepared fruit

cut pieces

Coconut Milk Layer Ingredients:

3/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup water

3/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp gelatin powder (me

add 1/3 bks nutrijel plain)

3 tbsp sugar

A pinch of salt

4 inches pandan leaves/optional

Bottom Layer/Juice Layer Ingredients:

3/4 cup fruit juice according to taste, if not thick

can be added to 1 cup juice but not

use water at all.

1/4 cup water

3/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp gelatin powder (me

add 1/3 bks nutrijel plain)

Sugar, to taste

How to make:

1. Fruit layer, in a pot: pour water, lychee syrup &

agar), mix well. Then cook until

refrigerator until hardened

7. Remove from the mold, serve

Cake Ingredients;

-1 egg

25gr granulated sugar

-1/4 tsp sp

25gr wheat flour

-15ml cooking oil

-15ml coconut milk

-1 drop of pandan flavor

How to make;

1. Mixer sugar, eggs and sp until fluffy

pale, turn off the mixer, add the flour, stir

back flat

2. Pour the coconut milk, mix well and then stir until the oil is

homogeneous, add pandan flavoring, mix well,

Pour in the pan, steam over low heat for

20 minutes, set aside

Brown Sugar Pudding;

-50ml sweetened condensed milk

30gr instant coconut milk

-150ml brown sugar water

2 tbsp sugar

-1/2 sachet agar agar plain

-1/4 tsp jelly powder

-1/8 tsp salt

cook all ingredients, until boiling, remove

hot steam then pour over the sponge, let it warm

Cendol pudding;

-50ml sweetened condensed milk

-30gr instant coconut milk

-150ml water
-40gr sugar

-1/2 sachet agar plain

-1/8 tsp salt

-1/2 tsp jelly -1 egg white

-1/2 tbsp powdered sugar - cendol / dawet to taste

How to make

1. Mix all ingredients until it boils,

remove the hot steam, set aside

2. Mix the egg whites and powdered sugar until stiff,

reduce speed 1, add pudding mixer until

mix well, pour cendol stir well

3. Pour into the pan that already contains the sugar pudding

warm red
