Yummi Black Sticky Brownies Cake 🍰
Ingredients
3 eggs
100 gr fine granulated sugar (me: 95 gr)
100 ml of oil
50 gr DCC
125 gr black glutinous rice flour
10 g cocoa powder
1 tbsp skm
1/2 tsp ovalet/sp
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
Filling(middle layer):
Enough miseseses
Toppings:
WCC + grated cheese
Step
Prepare materials and tools. Grease the mold with a little oil.
Melt the DCC and oil. Mix the eggs, sugar, salt and ovalet until they are thick and trailing white.
Sift glutinous rice flour and cocoa powder. Set aside.
Mix vanilla essence and SKM into DCC + melted oil.
After the egg mixture has risen, turn it off. Add the sifted flour alternately. Me: divide 2 times..Mixer on low speed for a while until mixed. Turn off the mixer.
Pour in the liquid mixture little by little. Stir back with a spatula.
Pour into the mold 1/2 batter. I divide the dough into 2. I use 18 cm brownie mold
Steam for about 10 minutes
Then pour the miseseses evenly. Just pour in the remaining dough. Steam for +- 30 minutes.
Prick test.
Lift.
Remove from the mould. Give your favorite toppings. Me: WCC is slightly melted (the margarine stock is empty) then grated cheese
